The Spruce Point Inn Resort & Spa features contemporary two and three-bedroom Townhouses with views of the woodlands and landscaped grounds. Enter from a separate entrance to a foyer that leads to individual guest bedroom(s), and Master bedroom each with private shower bath and an LCD flat-screen television. The second floor contains a full kitchen with washer / dryer, dining area, living room with vaulted ceiling and wood-burning fire place, LCD flat-screen television, sofa bed, and French doors leading to a private deck. The three-bedroom units have a Master bedroom with private porch and wood-burning fireplace.
The Townhouses are perfect for a family gathering, two or three couples traveling together, or an extended stay The Townhouses were recently updated with the Inn’s signature marine color palette and furnishings plus new amenities including Keurig coffeemakers with a selection of Green Mountain coffee and tea, complimentary Wifi and comfortable plush top beds with luxurious linens. Townhouses are not air-conditioned. Fans and window air-conditioners are always available on request.
Two Bedroom
1,050 square feet. The two-bedroom townhouse features a master King bedroom with private porch and bath and a second bedroom with queen bed and bath. There is an additional half-bath in the foyer. A great choice for a small family or couples traveling together or an extended-family getaway. There is a pull out sofa in the upstairs living room.
Three Bedroom
1,250 square feet. The three-bedroom townhouse features a master King bedroom with fireplace, porch, and private bath, a second bedroom with queen bed and private bath, and third bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. There is an additional half-bath in the foyer. A great choice for a large family, couples traveling together or an extended-family getaway. There is a pull out sofa in the upstairs living room.
